"Doing Raja Yoga Meditation helped me discover a new kind of happiness - self generated from inside me.This happiness is so different! I feel liberated, free of worry, able to let go of burdens that I didn't know I had, one by one, easily. I find my experience in meditation to be very rejuvenating : feel that I can be my true self with God, and I receive a lot of power, peace and happiness. So may be you could ask yourself : Would I like to experience unlimited happiness, like I have never had before?"
